Our long-only equity portfolio maximizes liquidity to support our real estate strategy, ensuring we can deploy capital decisively when opportunities arise.

We invest only our own capital. With no outside investors and no external approvals required, we have the flexibility to act quickly. We acquire assets all-cash or with conservative financing, allowing us to close transactions on an accelerated timeframe.
