  • Property Classification: Grocery-anchored neighborhood retail center with region-dominant credit grocer and service-oriented tenant mix

  • Size: 60,000 - 200,000 Square Feet


Industrial Acquisition Criteria

  • Class A- / B+

  • Geographic Area: Last Mile Infill Locations in Major Transportation Hubs (Northeast U.S., Texas, the Carolinas / Georgia / Florida)

  • Acquisition Size: $10,000,000 - $25,000,000

  • Property Characteristics: Distribution, 30,000 - 150,000 Square Feet, 24’+ Clear, minimal office


Hospitality Acquisition Criteria

  • Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt Franchises

  • Select Service

  • Major East Coast metropolitan regions and proximity to diverse demand generators (including hospitals and education)

  • Acquisition Size: $15,000,000 - $30,000,000
