  • Property Classification: Neighborhood retail center with region-dominant credit grocer and service-oriented tenant mix

  • Size: 60,000 - 150,000 Square Feet


Hospitality Acquisition Criteria

  • Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt Franchises

  • Compact Full Service, over 200 keys

  • Major East Coast metropolitan regions and proximity to diverse 7-day demand generators (including hospitals and education)

  • Casegoods renovation needed

  • Acquisition Size: $30,000,000 - $60,000,000
